CMAA Chef Summit
September 21-23, 2021

In lieu of our Fall Education Club Tour, the CCAA has joined forces with the CMAA to provide education for our membership. The CMAA has put together a conference specifically designed for the Club Chef on September 21-23 in Louisville, Kentucky and the Chicago Club Chef Association wants to make it easy for you to attend. We’re going to provide the transportation to and from Louisville, (like we normally do for our Fall Education Trip) as a member benefit. Registration will take place through the CMAA (details below). We hope you are able to join us in Louisville!  For further busing information please contact Laura Herman at Lherman@shoreacres1916.com.  We will need a minimum amount of attendees to secure the bus.
