General Guidelines:

Center of the plate food items will be first come, first reserved. Once an item is used, it may not be used by another competitor.  Competitor is responsible to report complete description of their plate one week before the event.

Plate Criteria

  • Must be small portion, 3-4 bites
  • Must have a center focus ingredient
  • 7.25 inch square white plates will be provided and should be used for competitor’s plate presentation.

Each Station will have 2 eight foot tables, one in front, and one in back. They will be skirted, but table décor is at the discretion of the competitor.

Competitor is responsible for menu presentation and decoration of their station.

Each Competitor will receive a $100 check from the association written to their club of origin to help offset the costs of the event.

Participation in the Culinary Exchange is mandatory for consideration for the Annual C.C.A.A Scholarships awarded at the annual meeting in November, 2017.
